We pull together for each other when needed.

Small team that is always in contact despite location always learning together and staying focused on moving forward

Team work we do at work

We all work together very well, and we all work well as a team. We all try to help each other when we can. We keep each other going with laughs and fun little shenanigans with the customers! Iv never loathed going into work, because they will always cheer me up.

I just believe in when you sign a contract that person is expecting you to abide by it

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Some of the workers are good but most of them are lazy and don't care. I guess they can't be fully blamed because since 7-Eleven mistreats its workers then the workers shouldn't have to care about 7-Eleven.

If someone is ill or has a family emergency they could cover or exchange shifts

We need more hands on directives and more disciplinary action for failure to follow through with assigned tasks. We also need to have a staff meeting at least once per month- currently we have none. Ever.

You need 2 people on each shift in the metro area.

Being on time more, more honesty on what they understand, more workers that will do their cleaning duties and stocking duties.

First off, their is not a single meeting. The managers show up a half hour to hour late every single day. The district manager and store manager are stealing from the company, but cover up for each other. Yay, Speedway in Findlay, OH

Nobody likes each other feels like high school

Be accountable for completing even the simplest task on the shift so the next shift can properly complete their tasks so that the store runs smoothly and properly

My coworkers work on threatening to beat people up and then the store manager writes a person that gets threatened up and shortens their hours in retaliation
