What did you like most about the interview process?

The hiring manager and how welcomingshe is and understanding very sweet person

It's was fast I was more into it then my interviewer

Relied on experience vs appearance

I liked being able to discuss the importance of customer service

it literally took 20 minutes and I was hired on the spot

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Language barriers, hire some good managers who can speak clearly

I would like people to abide by contracts

Someone who knows how to conduct interviews

Higher standards would be a good start

Have more questions instead of just hire someone of the block with no training thrown straight to the wolfs

Literal training over just throwing them on the register or floor

I want to speak to a person

Your availability means nothing, you could be out of state and they will ask you to cover a shift. Manager sat me down and set red flag this job has a high turnover rate. Why? Because its not permanent. They just get new ones every 2 months or so. You get sat down and they wrire up a paper

People being truly concerned of prior work ethics

The store leaders should be more respectful

longer probation, stop keeping people due to the fact they are a body. a lazy body brings down all staff

Knowledge is power ignorance is blatant

I would hire better people by asking better questions. Like their availability what they're comfortable with if hours wise because overnight were open 24 hours.
