Being trusted to provide my best work every day, and doing my job. I really love to organize things and make things look nice. Leave me alone in the cooler and let the magic happen. I like relieving my coworkers of the burdon of the cooler. They dont like doing it, and i love doing it. 4 years!

Meeting new people & helping them

joking with customers working with certain people

Nothing unfortunately because I like working

Good suggestions Are not accepting by anyone

Accountability and respect is important

We need supportive leadership that holds everyone's wellbeing in high regards

Customer service and store equipment

Many customers see how 7-Eleven treats its workers. They see how 7-Eleven doesn't even fix its broken equipment in a proper manner because it's never taken seriously or with logic.

Review from Sales Dept

Management needs to be changed, dont take accountability for what they did.

The manager Farah is highly racist and does nothing to protect me as a worker from another racist employee

Mananger need someone that knows how to do their job

The area leaders need to step in and help when the GM is out of control. Upper management does not care about their assistant managers or regular staff. They're okay with people being horrible and dishonest as long as they don't have to deal with.

Put me in charge of your store cuz the one we have high turnover radius of employees quitting

NEW MANAGEMENT !!! Our old manger brittni and trish were good store leaders.

My boss is literally one of the most rude people i have ever met in life

Well someone higher up needs to come to store theres alot going on thats out of place

Corporate failed us, and lost our cigarette license by letting it expire. Now they cut hours because of "low sales". When they know damn well it's because we can't sell cigarettes. Book there's your sales. It's not rocket science people.

Better Customer Service from other Employess

Putting the customer alway first

Change management and change the mind of management towards their employees

On soical media and my friends have said the customer service is terrible. Its always dirty trash around and full trash cans no lids or cups or napkins. Having to wait to be checked out. Rude people. Manager never around. Stuff always in the way. Out dated stuff still in cooler and shelf.
