7-Eleven Environment Employee Reviews

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The costumers that come in and make your day

Nothing , everone doesnt do their jobs nor do they come into their schedule shifts

Our customers love us and live how we interact with each other. Many customers come just because we work there.

Everybody is different, but we all get along so well! We have a good variation of personalities and intrests! But we all love to laugh and crack jokes and keep the morality high!

I like when people do their jobs

Keke can really pull it together, no matter what what

The customers are awsome an nice

Getting to meet new customers

Review from Customer Success Dept

The associates share the commonality that we are over worked without breaks and unappreciated.

Manager is very good at her job making the teams job very easy and clean.

My customers are wonderful people

Being able to assist customers

The customers are the most positive

Just the people who come in and show love

Nothing is positive about the store or the employees

Lower level is great but upper managment screws you over

Review from Customer Support Dept

The Area Leaders are always very enthusiastic about sales and new products and trying new things.

Its in the country and I know my customers

My manager seems to be very caring

Good customers and get to ses new faces

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Problems need to get resolved, more communication and everyone do what they are supposed to do

Firstly, you should treat your employees with respect.

Stop treating overnight workers like dirt. Overnight needs better help, respect, compensation, and safety.

Review from Sales Dept

The store needs a new person to manage the team

If everyone works together instead of against each other. It's like everybody wants to be in charge but don't want to do the work to be a boss

Review from Sales Dept

Its the smallest things that make the biggest difference

Communication team work treat all the same

Review from Customer Success Dept

Need to be fully stafft

Inspect the area managers better on fair work hours

Leaders must lead especially by example. And always remain available for the team. Also show that you valued your valued employees.

More focus in leadership and people development than hitting the numbers. Build the people abd numbers will cone.

More than $12/hr. More than 1 person on a shift. General managers who don't gossip about their employees to customers and other employees. General managers who work nights and weekends if the store is shorthanded. General Managers who don't steal your time/ alter hours worked to keep you below 40hr.

Better Management , increase Pay , doing interviews instead hiring people on the spot

The culture will be better if we had all new managers.

Management needs to be changed and trained

Better Coaching and Training updates

Review from Operations Dept

Everyone needs to be help accountable for doing their part in spite of the relationship, they may have with management

Leadership and scheduling training and product

I already answered that need to hire a better knowledgeable person to run the bakery the manager Sergio , Frank , Minor none of them fits for this job

Treating there employees better, understanding, listening commucation would be great
