Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Well, I am constantly told how good of an employee I am and I am paid minimum wage, I feel like my work warrants more.

The managers treat employees unfairly and the work does not equal the pay at all.

What are some of the best things about your team?
My other co workers are amazing. I enjoy going to work and working with them. However I do not like forward to working with Sarah Anderson. She is not a good manager. She is giving famous footwear a bad name.

My store in particular has a good, harmonious atmosphere but not every store is like that so when we use employees from other stores sometimes our environment is disrupted.

knowing that i can change someones life with a pair of shoes. offering them a shoe with the best effects for back, knees, and neck, knowing im helping their health too
