The 'health insurance' that I signed up for was actually a limited medical benefit program which essentially only gives you a discount on some prescriptions. The first year in any position is not the best with benefits but they supposedly get better after the first year.

There isn't anything offered really and they never give you any information about open enrollment for benefits. It's like they don't want you to enroll

Interview process took 4 hours to work at a call center where manager push gossip out to the floor about employees.

I was in the office for almost four hours before the interview concluded. The recruiting area is huge and there are always a lot of interviewees waiting, but four hours is absurd.
