My SM is amazing. They have always cared about my needs and made me a great manager. Our DM on the other hand, made myself and most of our staff leave
I love my general manager, but I have had problems with other managers within my store.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
PAY BETTER THAN 13 AN HOUR
Well, I am constantly told how good of an employee I am and I am paid minimum wage, I feel like my work warrants more.

What are some of the best things about your team?
My other co workers are amazing. I enjoy going to work and working with them. However I do not like forward to working with Sarah Anderson. She is not a good manager. She is giving famous footwear a bad name.

When interviewed for the sales associate position, it was easy. The questions were fair and made sense. The Previous DM for my manager position not on interviewed but also educated me and was confident in my skills

knowing that i can change someones life with a pair of shoes. offering them a shoe with the best effects for back, knees, and neck, knowing im helping their health too
