Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Coming up on year anniversary. No evaluation no compensation evaluation. Mr ron forces me to work over and says "you will be ok" he never asks if i mind at all.

I have worked here for almost 2 years, and have been offered one $.10 raise the entire time. When I asked about said raise after working there for over a year, the general manager said,"You have to remind me about these things"

I worked for them without the pay I was supposed to recieved, never got paid. They are very unprofessional.

No one wants to work any particular position. It's constant complaints. When people are placed where they work best, they still complain and gripe and won't give 100%. Coworkers bicker and argue, talk about drugs and after work parties, and they just aren't in it to win it.

The company needs to raise pay and allow for more labor. Running a shift into the ground with only two workers is a terrible idea. A single employee should not be responsible for counter orders, drive thru orders, drinks, shakes, counting money and bagging, as well as helping cook.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The district manager hired me. She was straight by the book and very professional. The management appreciates their employees. They asked about the hours I could do and the type of work I wanted. It is a very accommodating place to work.

More corporate involvement is needed. Anything that gets reported to them (even about our managers) gets sent back down to them to handle. No oversight, care, compassion or anything is available in this company.
