The managers need to stop picking at underlings in front of customers on the floor. Customers dont line it

Pay your staff fairly and stop implementing food cost issues like wax paper and boxes for every burger, stop harassing your severely understaffed restaurants for things that our out of their control. The revenue is the same. The amount of staff pitching in to make that happen is NOT COMPENSATED!!!

The store is understaffed. Management wants a labor cost of 10-15% versus 10 years ago when it was 30%. They are not offering raises or extra hours, the store doesn't close when weather and highways are shutdown, there is no bonus or review process, and everyone is angry all the time.

More corporate involvement is needed. Anything that gets reported to them (even about our managers) gets sent back down to them to handle. No oversight, care, compassion or anything is available in this company.
