We were like a well oiled machine. We were able to work together no matter the conditions. Whether we were extremely busy or dead as a door nail, everyone knew what they had to do and they were able to get it done.

Not being rude to everyone
Managers need to listen to employees needs.
stop favoritizing and focus more on recruiting the good workers
they need to chill and not scream and yell all the time over petty nonsense
There are NO meetings. There isn't a possible way with keeping drive thru and dining room open and everyone working almost 7 days a week. We are keeping dead weight employed to just have a body.
How about properly calling out before their shift rather than no call no show.
Hire employees who want to be there and work. Check references

Coworkers need to improve attendance, cleanliness, speed, and honestly coming to work lucid. Coworkers need to be fully trained before allowing to work, and they need to work on hygiene and friendliness as well as just overall customer service.

No one wants to work any particular position. It's constant complaints. When people are placed where they work best, they still complain and gripe and won't give 100%. Coworkers bicker and argue, talk about drugs and after work parties, and they just aren't in it to win it.
