What did you like most about the interview process?

it was quick and easy

Greetings understanding and our agreement to hire me

The manager who interviewed me was very nice

It was relaxed and was able to see how employees interacted

The manager wanted to know when I could work and what I could do. They took time to make sure what hours I wanted and respected my schedule

The district manager hired me. She was straight by the book and very professional. The management appreciates their employees. They asked about the hours I could do and the type of work I wanted. It is a very accommodating place to work.

There was no interview. I was hired over the phone. They were desperate and I see why

When I was interviewed for the job, the general manager was very positive and forthcoming about what my job duties would be. She offered me the job before I left and I more then willingly took it as I was looking forward to working with such a great team.

My boss was very cool and understanding and knew exactly what I needed to feel as a part of team with a good opportunity.

Lmao. What interview process? THERE IS NO TIME TO DO THEM AND NO ONE PUTTING IN APPLICATIONS.

To hire better employees start by having another person join the interview so there can be a second opionion

There needs to be unpaid training and screeners. All previous employers need to be called or schools and teachers if it's a highschool student. We need a contract that we can fire for any reason in 3 months without punishment of unemployment benefits blow back. Need to let go for non attendance.
