To hire better employees start by having another person join the interview so there can be a second opionion

There needs to be unpaid training and screeners. All previous employers need to be called or schools and teachers if it's a highschool student. We need a contract that we can fire for any reason in 3 months without punishment of unemployment benefits blow back. Need to let go for non attendance.
