Some are great. Bend over backwards for the company. While others are just really lazy
the communication between one another
They work as hard as a regular crew member, treat us with respect
I mean it's all right but could be better

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Acually do there job and not sit or laz around . To expect one person to do everything is not okay .
Consistency. Stop gossipping. Stop being petty in the middle of the busy times
Being nicer to their employees and customers

Demanding that it understood we are severely understaffed with low pay, broken equipment, no benefits and still harassed and expected to work like the staff should be at 6-8 people for our rush. We are running with 3-5 with no reprieve. But the owner is still opening more stores.
Allstate is gutting itself. They have fired all educators, and reduced staff to a bare minimum while continuing to increase their rates. Their technology is innovative but extremely buggy. I HATE using their new interface, AdvisorPro. It takes 3x as long to do a quote as it used to.
