I constantly get mixed information and my employment gets threatened and I don't even know why because then I get told I'm doing nothing wrong at all. Total mixed messages and no communication at all about what is really happening.

It's a franchise, so your experience depends on the owner, or more likely, the clinic manager they have appointed. My experience has not been great, as an esthetician. We're constantly out of back bar products, & our equipment is old and hazardous (I've been personally injured.)

Better management that has actually been trained. Better communication across the board. Policies need to change to allow customers to receive what they paid for. Everyone needs a pay raise to at least earn their work's worth.
