Staff/coworkers are wonderful and supportive
My coworkers and I try to stay positive and upbeat but when most of us are mistreated and it affects our livelihoods, it's hard to keep up morale.
The positive is definitely the clients and the massage therapist bc we understand what it is like. But I wish it was more understanding and positivity from the leaders and management and front desk

Fda, lead, and the business manager
The attempt at raising moral through small holiday activities. But that feels like a cover to the actual issues that if fixed would positively affect the whole clinic and things would run much smoother.
I had a complaint about my massage. I was taken off yhe books and its been 14 days. They still havent setteled this. Im not getting paid and my manger has no idea how long it will take.
My co-workers are like a family subtracting management
Review from Operations Dept
The most positive thing are my fellow therapists we lift eachother up when management tears us down.
Review from Operations Dept
The employees like their work and the clients are generally nice to work with.
The customers are positive and relaxed

Clients truly appreciate the work

New staff is needed to make it better
much better management and support
Take better care of customers, employees and both of their needs. Focus on service rather than sales. If you are written up as an employee you might not have knowledge of said write up and your personal information will be shared without knowledge. Speaking from my personal experience as did occur
I got written up with no knowledge or was made aware of. Personal information was shared about my mental health "crisis" without my knowledge.
Diversity, not being made to feel like you have to change to be taken seriously
Review from Sales Dept
My manager is extremely judgmental, rude, and gossips about their employees.
Review from Operations Dept
Our management is a stereotypical high school clique. They don't communicate with the service providers, and actively sabotage anyone not in "the loop."
Review from Sales Dept
Managers need to have better structure for their employees.
Review from Sales Dept
we need more staff. and management who are appreciative of all that is done around here.
Review from Sales Dept
The employees should be treated better.
Review from Sales Dept
The manager needs to stand up for her employees against the unit manager. The owner of the franchise needs to be make individuals accountable for their actions.
Review from Sales Dept
Less gossip among coworkers. Needs more openness and unity between front desk and management with therapist and estheticians.
Review from Sales Dept
They need a lot of change. They were the rudest people i have ever met. I heard them talk about me, they talked about each other, and almost every massage therapist. It was extremely toxic and I wouldn't ever tell anyone to work there.
Review from Sales Dept
There is a huge pressure on sales. It can be stressful when your clinic is not doing well.
Review from Admin Dept
The staff was beyond ill-trained and regularly created problems for therapists rather than serving as an ally in customer service. Clients I had been working with for years began inquiring as to the competency of the front desk staff due to the front desk staff’s lack of knowledge and poor service.
