
The staff are wonderful, we all get along really well. It's the upper management that is a constant issue for all of us.
I love most of my coworkers, both service providers and those on the front desk. Cannot say the same for management/corporate.

We recently gain several new employees and were having issues with consistency in cleaning our rooms before they arrived. I have asked for a refresh for all employees on room cleanings and the answer I received was a packet of procedures to be signed. No hands on check ins. No constructive solution.

I like working with the therapists but the front desk associates don’t take their jobs seriously and they do not give our clients the respect they deserve. They talk about clients in front of other clients. It is very unprofessional. Cutting this stuff out would help working with them be easie
Therapists at Massage Envy should, ideally, perform light to deep pressure; however, at the clinic where I was employed, this was not considered to be of importance upon hiring new therapists. As a result, our clinic was ill-equipped to meet the needs of our client base.

Only one person on my team who is really a team player. Everyone else only cares about themselves and will not do anything extra or even stay late to help clean.. which you're required to do. They all just want to leave right at the top of the hour which is the busiest time.
