The primary voice at my interview was familiar with my prior experience. She has since left the company.
Our management is a stereotypical high school clique. They don't communicate with the service providers, and actively sabotage anyone not in "the loop."
My rebook rate has been consistently above average, and my retail numbers are excellent, but I was asked to half my hours (thus disqualifying me from receiving benefits management knows I desperately need) to allow a recently licensed prior manager to work overtime.
My managing team requested I cut my hours (due to unproductive time, despite having a 68% rebook rate pre-covid) and then brought on one of their recently licensed managers as a new hire, at 60 hrs/wk. The nepotism is real, and experience doesn't matter.
It's a franchise, so your experience depends on the owner, or more likely, the clinic manager they have appointed. My experience has not been great, as an esthetician. We're constantly out of back bar products, & our equipment is old and hazardous (I've been personally injured.)
