I constantly get verbally abused by clients and beyond stressed and harassed by management and I can't get anything beneficial from this job. I still make minimum wage and new hires with 0 experience get hired at $6 more than me and don't even do their job. totally awful all around.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I got mislead about most of my duties, didn't really get the chance to debate anything or ask questions. I got lied to about most of my benefits and oppertunities.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Better management that has actually been trained. Better communication across the board. Policies need to change to allow customers to receive what they paid for. Everyone needs a pay raise to at least earn their work's worth.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I constantly get mixed information and my employment gets threatened and I don't even know why because then I get told I'm doing nothing wrong at all. Total mixed messages and no communication at all about what is really happening.
