Wichita department in ks has lack of leadership, lack in organization. For example, they will had segments to your schedule one and expectly like 5 mins prior to the new segment or without notifying you, and then your productivity will go down. Also they do not update capture

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If they actually took a minute to read my resume instead of worry about how long youve been with the company then it would make me feel valued. At least talk to me and hear me instead of autmatic denial.

My co-workers make me feel the most appreciated however, management feels like they're forced to do anything helpful and I receive far less pay than i think is appropriate for the amount of expectations. Matching pay or helpful interactions with management would make things better.
