Have a Human Resources executive that is in charge of the Benefit Center in your store , not to have to waist 2 hours or more to be able to contact the benefit center and don't get an answer

I don't believe that for the level of training, experience in sales tactics, conflict resolution with customers that is necessary for sales associates that $14h plus commission cuts it. This job is more demanding than being a server in fine dining. The pay should be $16h plus commission.
