What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Sales culture is still dominated by bro(ish) white males.

We need a stronger learning culture at HubSpot and the time to learn. We also need an environment where people feel like an unlimited leave policy can actually be used without ramifications for their role and future at HubSpot. Perceived benefits are not real benefits since people cannot use them

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Hard to find information internally, especially as a newer hire & have found the wiki outdated making it hard to find the answer I'm looking for and taking up a lot of time out of my day.

Unreal standards. No empathy from management. Managers not willing to do any work and it's somehow our fault when they fail at their job. Not to mention they're the hardest people to get ahold of. Don't tell us to reach out for support and then be MIA for 7 hours
