The company has grown a lot in recent years and although there is a very strong view on "excelling" in all aspects of your role, people managers hired have maintained an empathetic and holistic management style. This combination keeps me excited and engaged while always feeling supported

Despite being distributed across 6+ countries, the team have a real cohesive bond. This is down to the type of people we hire (HEART) and our leaders being very savvy at bringing together a remote teams virtually. Lot's of smart folks to learn from too

Genuine opportunities to learn and grow professionally. The company has scaled a lot over the past few years and that brought a relatively high level of intensity to the workload. Seeing the company do well in the market is rewarding and the feeling in our teams is that we will keep growing!
