I love the transparency of the leadership team at HubSpot. There's never a feeling of 'them' and 'us'. It really feels like every employee is part of the greater HubSpot team. And they really listen to their employees with quarterly surveys to ensure we're happy and motivated.They're also great fun!

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Benefits like Flexibility and working from home. The RSUs are amazing too

HubSpot constantly works to keep its compensation competitive.

The RSUs (shares) are a massive bonus!! But there are a tonne of perks in the office too that amount to real savings (free breakfast and lunch for example)

One word - co-operation!! It really feels like there's very little office politics at HubSpot. We're not perfect but it's definitely the best place I've ever worked and I adore my team! I'm constantly learning from them and the team morale is great, even with an ocean between us!

Employees like coming to work. How much better can it get?

The people are amazing - so cooperative and helpful. For me personally, the flexibility that allows me to manage work and family life is a major plus! So while I often work longer days, they're not long days in the office. I can work from home (skipping traffic) and pop out for appointments etc.

The variety of work is fantastic. No two days are the same. I'm constantly being challenged but I never feel like I'm facing a new task alone. Everyone is so helpful, even though they're busy. There's a lovely atmosphere in the office too - little to no office politics or bad attitudes.
