Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
HubSpot compensation in strategy and ops teams seems to be 20% to 30% below market for similar tech companies. If HubSpot were to increase compensation, I'd feel better.

Don't feel undervalued. The Sales Team gets promotions and raises based on their performance, so it's is very much a meritocracy .
