Making all employees do their jobs I work in house keeping and I also have to run product and do recovery while coworkers are talking listening to music and dancing around. I took 2 days PTO because my sister in law passed away and they pointed me for it.

Europe gives employees 5 weeks off a year. I get 10 days, and cant even ask my manager if I can have a saturday off on my schedule instead of a tuesday.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are treated well, and get the support that we need, and they show us appreciation and sometimes surprise us and give us paid holidays off with pay and even Christmas Eve off with pay, they are really good to us and have a College Assistance program for Full-Time employees, and a 403-b retirement

Allow employees to rate their supervisors with them not having any access to the reviews and for the identity of the employee to remain confidential. Then they could investigate the allegations, especially if they are more serious. It's essential that upper management actually follow up.
