Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They make you feel really bad when you miss your goal, even by a small amount, and then never recognize you when you're doing well. They only care about money, and don't consider the amount of stress we go through being in our positions. It's "okay" pay, at best for what we do day to day.

What did you like most about the interview process?
How they take time to choose a candidate and in turn it makes you feel that they know they made the right choice in choosing you.

I think it was easy, but might be difficult to some people. It was my first time having a pre screening recording for an interview it was more interesting and could see how it would be very useful to understand candidates.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The managers need to stop looking at us like we're robots and expecting the world from us when we have no control over anything. They also need to stop hiring such lazy, inconsiderate people. We don't need anymore of that.
