What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think they communicate clearly with transparency. This communication comes frequently and tries to keep the employees informed. Even for concepts that are unfamiliar to the common person (like financials) are represented clearly and concisely

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Mmany people are way underpaid because the stock value has trended so far down. New Hires are paid market rates. This incentivizes switching jobs.

I am paid beneath what our bands describe I should be paid given my performance, position and tenure. My stock grants are also about to run out, and there is nothing short of another promotion that will grant me additional stock.

My experience with compensation decisions have been ad-hoc and lack the consistency for me to feel they are equitable. Benefits don't address my needs. The management work is really hard compared to the compensation I receive. I'd get the same for a lot less elsewhere.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Modernize it to current market conditions and company size. UGJ is a sham. Inject accountability and attention to outcomes into our culture. Stop avoiding uncomfortable/constructive feedback.

There's been a pattern of setting deadlines that are a crunch and stressful to make. I don't want to be as siloed and get more interactions with the team. There's a growing list of responsibilities that was not expected when joining.
