From the first meeting with a recruiter through today I've been made to feel like HubSpot wants me. Everything I've worked on always feels like it's a big deal that's essential to making the company better and the product better for customers. It's easy to go to work every day feeling valued.

That I'm routinely encouraged to expand the spread of my impact and involvement within my product group
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's incredibly inclusive. While I can't speak for everyone, it feels like there is not a person of any demographic that isn't welcomed at HubSpot.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The base salary is comparable or better than others in my geographic area. The additional compensation of RSUs are very nice, especially since the company has been doing well
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team has been described more than once as "having a great vibe" Beyond being friendly and collaborative, everyone on my team is high quality in their respective job function
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think they communicate clearly with transparency. This communication comes frequently and tries to keep the employees informed. Even for concepts that are unfamiliar to the common person (like financials) are represented clearly and concisely
