Cultivating leadership skills at their level and all the way down to the newest managers. If our leadership wants to hit their D&I goals, they're going to have to get a lot better at supporting the growth and safety of their teams.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Anchor city salary - I can work remotely but get paid a Dublin salary.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think there is discrepancy among the team when it comes to compensation. I would feel more fairly paid if I knew employees at a "lower" title weren't getting paid more than me.

Misalignment between EMEA salaries and US salaries for same scope; significantly more junior employees making more money in US than EMEA manager etc.

I've used Glassdoor to compare against other salaries for my position in the Boston-area, and my base salary is quite a bit lower than the median salary. And many of the open positions currently offer similar stock options and benefits.

When new work emerges from left field - everyone is comfortable jumping in, creating a path out on chaos, and supporting each other in the process.
