Equal pay.There are roles that have less responsibility than my role that receive higher pay. Also the gender ratio favors men being hired over women. Then to appear they are trying to balance they will place individuals that check the diversity especially service years box but are less qualified.

No accountability-no one watching. Need mandatory anonymous feedback for all members of management that is done weekly. While feedback alone should incriminate, if there are multiple comments that describe violations then should link to a confidential statement to support immediate investigation.

They show favoritism And put people in the positions that they want to regardless of the qualifications. For new hires I have observed and reported previously about managers placing people in harder more physically taxing positions with less pay based on the way they look.

Falsely accused 6 times after a car accident Because team unprepared to fill in and got embarrassed; have received disciplinary action based on accusations; no investigation into my innocence despite proof. Took it upward no investigation still. Others not held accountable despite admitting guilt.
