Great Work/Life balance. Expectations are high but you get a lot of resources to insure they're also manageable.

I work with some of the brightest people in this industry. I learn a ton just by being around them.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The stock options have performed amazingly well since my hire date. My salary has also increased at a fair rate for the past 2 years.
