Jumping ship could net me a 20%-ish raise. I view HubSpot giving me more money as external validation that they want me to stay. I'm thirsting for the external validation.

The culture is unreal and easily the most open and diverse environment I have ever worked.

The culture was the selling point when I applied. Everyone is invested in solving for the customer and helping coworkers out. It's also a very fun environment, where nobody takes themselves too seriously.
