What do you like best about the leadership team?
(1) They are extremely transparent (2) They create a culture of psychological safety where everyone strives to be collaborative and do what's best for the customer (3) They invest in our happiness via perks (4) I trust them to take big risks with big rewards

What are some of the best things about your team?
I've never experienced a company where no one is territorial - everyone just genuinely wants to do what's best for the customer. I also have never been surrounded by smarter people.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
As mentioned, the culture is like nothing I have experienced before. We are so transparent. No one is territorial. Everyone wants to help each other out (if it helps the customer).
