What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their vulnerability and transparency. It's great to see that these big leaders are humans at the end of the day - and they regard us that way as well. I also really appreciate their transparency and clear goal setting.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Benefits are great and they really strive to make it easy to understand. The company as a whole is empathetic and does not expect you to work if you are sick. Health, wellness and career coaching are great. Flexible hours, remote inclusive, so many community groups.

I love having the flexibility whenever and wherever I want, so this is the benefit I take the most enjoyment from. I also really appreciate the yearly $5k tuition reimbursement.

More transparency about pay rates across the board, especially in regards to location.

I make under the market rate. True HubSpot offers fun benefits like unlimited PTO and snacks and other cool stuff, but it would be nice to get paid closer to my market worth.

We are paid well below the level of work we do, and the hours we put in, but our salaries are based on local averages for the same position. Some departments such as sales and product seem to get a disproportionately large sum of cash incentives, perks, and recognition. Treat us equally, please.

I wish the process was more transparent -- some departments have a very clear process for raises/promotions but our department does not.

Recruiters are here to support you and they really help you every step of the way. They use software to try to reduce bias as much as possible
