HubSpot is a wonderful and has encouraged so many communities to form. They do their best to offer support invest in employees. GE department seems like a different company and radiates toxic positivity to mask what is actually happening beneath the surface.

Recruiters are here to support you and they really help you every step of the way. They use software to try to reduce bias as much as possible
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Benefits are great and they really strive to make it easy to understand. The company as a whole is empathetic and does not expect you to work if you are sick. Health, wellness and career coaching are great. Flexible hours, remote inclusive, so many community groups.
