The leadership is always so transparent with the company about big decisions, and I appreciate that they're always listening to feedback.
What is the best part about your compensation package?

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
On my team, we have a weekly meeting known as Delight, where we talk about wins with our customers and with each other. It's such a positive way to cap off the week.
