Leadership doesn't take an "us vs. them" approach. When they tell you they think of everyone as a team, they do. I feel comfortable enough to take creative risks inside my company knowing leadership is supportive.

We all get to work out of our homes and have more time with our families but, we all still interact together a lot so that you don't get the disconnect.

We work remotely but are interconnected by email and business messaging. The atmosphere is relaxed by being at home, but co-workers are a click away and able to problem solve quickly and efficiently.
