Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay is quite low and PTO amount is pretty pathetic
Little low on the direct monetary compensation, but benefits are good and remote aspect of the job is invaluable.

we all get along and have some point of focus

Everyone is encouraging and supportive. It's a fairly relaxed environment which makes working together easier.
The freedom and trust we are given being that we work virtually.

We are interviewed by the owner and are told up front exactly what is expected of you to keep the job, and to progress in the company.

Short term: to accomplish my duties, receive internal support if needed, work independently, ability for suggestions/ ideas to be heard. Long term: knowing the product/ service we provide is effective and valuable.
