Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There isn’t any scaled merit increase program for sales which after a couple years and more should be rewarded for loyalty independent of how tough the growth numbers or quota is. It’s tough to feel valued after giving up so much time away from family + extra hours being a team player w/o merit pay

defining roles more clearly would help the client facing reps to do their jobs - which is to sell. Support is extremely minimal.
