What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication is key for management staff. Managers would state to others how much they disliked one employee for a lack of reason, and retaliate against said employee. Serious rethinking of Communication and morale needs to be done.

Remove over 50% of the management and replace them with associates. And get a union so the company doesn't have all the power.

The company needs to have proper training on the care of animals. However they sell and market products that are inappropriate for the animals we sell.
