I actually go into work and do my part and pick up others work also i go above and beyond and don’t get credit for it everything gets looked over because no one care

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Being more organized and working together more to keep it organized and speaking up on ideals they have instead of letting the mangers shut them down

The employees under me, as a manager, are great and I enjoy developing them. However the management above me is corrupt and unappreciated. You are expected to work 50 plus hours a week with no bonus no appreciation and no fair treatment.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Being more of a team, managers should be doing manager stuff or helping out the staff when it gets busy rather then dissappering , there are times the manager will leave the store with no other manager on the clock

Some managers need to be mpre inclusive and respectful of all peoples situations. Mainly one who is incredibly rude and condescending to many. It is very frustrating and depressing to work with him.
