What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Coworkers could improve on teamwork. No one helps each other out. No one cares about each other. We could work better together if managers enforced more teamwork and actually delegated tasks to help one another

We need management to breach the bridge between front of the house and back of the house so there is more fluid communication between the two sides of the restaurant.

To not expect others to do the job

Honestly, it all starts with management. The characters were really big on communicating with each other. It's just that we had a management that threw a lot of Ads at one time.

Everyone especially the people that has been here are for self they will barely help the new people when they have questions

Again I was a BOH manager. Some of the management team needs to ne more professional. Employees need to show up..On time would be nice. Actually clean..Follow recipes etc. It was like working at an adult daycare
