Review from Sales Dept

I feel heard & included

Mr.padraic took care of me since I've worked there. However ms dani will do everything she can to give me a headache. I've tried to talk to her about the problems but she wont listen to me. We run through new staff on a 3 week basis. All with similar complaints

Efficiency and flexibility of scheduling

Friendly and approachable. Appreciates me.

They truly listen and take feedback well

It is an honor to work here

All the management team except my GM Bill

Personable and hard working. Appreciate that!

Review from Sales Dept

Leadership was good and picked up since covid which was nice

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Handling employees with respect and common curtesy

Communication, management, positive environment and respect

Communication, listening to their employees, compromising so everyone is happy, being more flexible with where they put their employees, caring about their employees, having human decency, and following the law.

Teamwork, professionalism, ethics, and communication

Fair treatment and maturity with employee relations

Actually caring about the management team. I feel like number not person within this company

Consistency, balanced scheduling, reducing side work so some workers are standing around chatting with their manager while other employees work their entire shift.

They need to resolve the issue that go on with the employees and instead of been on the person side.

they need to be better at communication between FOH and BOH, better training for new employees, holding managers accountable for poor work performance and unprofessional behavior, set standards for how they want their employees to act, having everyone on the same page, PROFESSIONALISM

Communication and constructive criticism that isnt being rude to great workers

Team work , professionalism ,

Hiring managers that are friendly

Stop being shady. Do your job correctly and stop lying about people to make yourself look better.

He don't give employees respect he think they are A child

Respect. Kindness. Treating everyone the same.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Value of employees; value of product; value of property. These are all investments. Horse and pony show for C-Suite Exec. Unfortunately, they have even found a way to fake audits. Even when the truth is revealed, it will then be covered up again by next level up mgmnt to save their face as well. sad

Everything you can think of

Review from Customer Success Dept

I would say some management refresher classes, to understand the job more and also to understand the law.

Communication mostly and also sense of urgency to help

Dealing with complex situations in the work place
