P.F. Chang's Outlook Employee Reviews

What makes you most happy at work?

Being treated equally and being respected. As well as seeing others treated fairly as well. But favoritism isnt something that should exsisit in the work place.

Just the work itself, preparing drinks, taking orders, cleaning areas, restocking and such

My few coworkers that have lasted while everything has burned to the ground around us.

I love cooking quality dishes

That people appreciate my drive and all the blood, sweat, and tears i've poured into the place. Coaching and training and mentoring people to become good enough to move on from this corrupt corporate company.

Seeing and being able to interact with my peers.

Nothing because I rarely get to any break like the 10 minutes break or the 30 minutes lunch break.

helping customers and feeling valued by supervisors

Friends, money, interests, education, food.

When a day goes by smoothly without any major catastrophes happening

Coworkers and knowing that I provide a service while enjoying being at work

The energy plus being able to create something for someone else.

The way the leaders will jump in and help when needed

working with friends and making money

Review from Sales Dept

Leaving at the end of the shift. Work wasnt fun in anyway anymore since we were literally told we werent allowed to even speak to each other in spanish, our first language.

Being heard and being included

Regulars that tip well and working with people that know what they are doing and got my back and care about the guest and the job. Managers that work as hard as I do

when I get help from the other employer and they don't leave every single dish to me

Seeing my co workers and other costomers

Meeting new costomers day to day

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Teamwork and looking out for one another

Needs a new managment leader

horrible management there needs to be serious changes/new training or firing of the executive chef. Turnover rate is insane ive been at the restaurant for almost 3 years and cant count how many new line cooks we have had. Most leave because of poor training and being overwhelmed

A change in upper management

Review from Operations Dept

Y'all need to think about people there's a lot of different people in the world that would react differently than I do y'all need to punish people right ain't no way someone who sexually harassed a coworker should be able to work y'all need to think about people mental health and know it's different

We need consistent food coming out of the kitchen

Just be kind and pay your employees what they were promised at least.

Inappropriate behavior between management staff stop it

Review from Product Dept

They can have corporate come in and work a shift to understand we need to be working with more than just a skeleton crew. We are all new and still learning daily. They can improve this by training us to be trainers and by giving us a proper raise to compensate for that extra work.

Understaffed. Horrible owners; not helpful

Managment can stop stealing from actual children

Everything, it's a sinking ship that isn't willing to fix anything

Overall fairness and not being descriminated against

Everything is under fire esoecially the poor decisions on the operating standards and quality

Review from Operations Dept

The treatment of the employees

Review from Customer Support Dept

Managment needs to communicate better with employees and not sleep with them

My manager is rude and wants his ego feed

Review from Customer Success Dept

VALUE ALL YOUR STAFF; DON'T PUT ALL YOUR EGGS IN ONE BASKET.

Customers are constantly told the wrong wait times and aggravated by deceitful interactions by general manager

Review from Customer Success Dept
