Everyone bonds by gossiping with each other about each other which does not promote a healthy work environment.

My team and the culture weve built

Have not experienced any teammembers fighting or hindering others; believe the tip pool is what helps

The employees tend to be friendly

everyone works well together and we all laugh and have a good time while still being able to do our jobs

One manager and a couple employees do their jobs and when they're there things go smoother. Back of house manager tried to get me a better position because they thought it'd be a good fit but op manager shut that down

Being more of a team, managers should be doing manager stuff or helping out the staff when it gets busy rather then dissappering , there are times the manager will leave the store with no other manager on the clock

Hiring leaders as opposed to bosses. Having rigorous standards for how emoloyees and managers are expected to treat one another, and actually reprimanding managers who are unkind, contributing to toxic culture, and hiding in the office or at the host stand instead of helping when needed.

Some managers need to be mpre inclusive and respectful of all peoples situations. Mainly one who is incredibly rude and condescending to many. It is very frustrating and depressing to work with him.

Hiring more help. Currently the manager keeps moving people to Drahma and Pantry rather than having someone help me during my shifts on Dim Sum. Especially on the busy weekends. I can only do so much as one person and my list is that for 2 people.
