Hiring leaders as opposed to bosses. Having rigorous standards for how emoloyees and managers are expected to treat one another, and actually reprimanding managers who are unkind, contributing to toxic culture, and hiding in the office or at the host stand instead of helping when needed.
Some managers need to be mpre inclusive and respectful of all peoples situations. Mainly one who is incredibly rude and condescending to many. It is very frustrating and depressing to work with him.
