Review from Customer Success Dept

I was not given any interview questions at all, so that could be a start. the manager looked at my resume, asked me my availability, what pay I want, and offered me a job on the spot

Open honesty about available positions

Honestly, not much that I see that needs to be improved on

be respectful of people's time. follow-up when you saw you will.

Hold an actual interview instead of hiring anyone that applies. And get a real training system in place

Inform the interviewees that there will be a minimum of 2 months TRAINING. Regardless of experience. Management munipulated the interview in order to hire quickly

They actually ask interview questions and dont try to sleep with the interviewees

They did a good job with interviewing but after that I got no training

It was fine. Nothing special

Review from Customer Success Dept

Looking back I was shown a place that would care about and develop me as a manager and employee and the promises I was made in the interview process proved to be false.
