I was an employee at the PF Chang’s in Wayne, It has been horrible experience for me and I worked at many other restaurants, it’s so unorganized, my manger got sick && then he passed it on to almost all the staff but still want staff to come in and work in an uncomfortable situa

When my guess are happy and satisfied!!!

The testing of all the foods!

At everything, everyone needs to be on the same page and all work together!!!

New managers who are all on the same page and actually likes to work!!
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Being more organized and working together more to keep it organized and speaking up on ideals they have instead of letting the mangers shut them down
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I actually go into work and do my part and pick up others work also i go above and beyond and don’t get credit for it everything gets looked over because no one care
