This company has shown me that if you work hard for 15 years you will not be appreciated. They will bring in new management who only cares about hiring their friends and not about how hard you work or how much you care about your job or employees.

My team is amazing we are all hardworking and can all trust/religh on eachother we are a very good team. The management is a different story. They are against all of us in a petty negative way.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The employees under me, as a manager, are great and I enjoy developing them. However the management above me is corrupt and unappreciated. You are expected to work 50 plus hours a week with no bonus no appreciation and no fair treatment.

Having better training team who didn’t get their jobs by being a favorite or a know it all... the opening training teams are act fake and are waaaay too young to be training for the fact they lack the experience

Looking back I was shown a place that would care about and develop me as a manager and employee and the promises I was made in the interview process proved to be false.
