Hiring and promotions within the company are not equal or fair, and efforts to expand to traditional pools are only surface level appearances that are not part of daily practices. Reorgs are made without consideration to impact on ICs or long term vision and prioritize the promotion of leadership.

I make a CONSIDERABLE amount less than my colleagues in the same position, just because I've been promoted internally vs hired externally. We do the same job, carry the same quota, etc. How Salesforce pays people encourages us to leave and maybe boomerang if we want to be paid fairly.

My role and goals for my role are at times in conflict with other messages coming from leadership. In addition our new compensation plan is not aligned with measurable/achievable metrics.

Wage growth YoY is lower than the average rate of growth for the state (and often inflation). The longer I stay with the company, the closer I become to the lower end of the pay range, which has a larger impact on lower levels. Internal transfers mean hiring managers offer low/no increases in pay.

Cuts in customer service, requiring customers to pay more for less service. Focus is 'sell, sell, sell' instead of customer success. Customers no longer trust us and think we are just there to oversell more than what they need. Improve by putting trust first.

Monthly demands are too stressful and unrealistic. Switching to Quarterly plans would make a big difference.

Org. changes leave many lower level employees stuck in their careers and a lot of work becomes wasted or has to be redone to accommodate. Promotion is more about who you know and what you've been told to work on, instead of your capabilities. Company feels less and less efficient.
