Communication, consistency, following thru with scheduling requests and accommodations, and have more care and transparency thru the whole management staff not just one person, and believe your employees when they voice concerns about other employees work ethic or wrong doing.

Getting the money i worked for because im still missing 200$ of my check no one talked to me about after i quit because the hours she was giving me after i asked for more and told them i couldnt work 10 hours a week.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Poor management, no communication, lack of training, and no care to succeed. The Limon Colorado location needs to have a new management staff or they all need to be retrained to be better
