Management needs to stop hiring her own family and putting their needs before ours and properly train her employees. She barley passed the heath thing and is never pleased with anything done. She keeps calling us in when not scheduled in my opinion needs a new store manager even customers agree.

Some employees put in zero effort. Even though I put in 100% effort I'm so reprimanded for things other employees didn't do

The outloook on their jobs. We might work at a gas station but that still means to do your job. They need to be doing what is on their lists and that includes the whole thing not just "what they want" to do, and if they still dont do it further action needs to be taken.

The customers warn us not to work their because of the manager Mary Myles. She shifts us to fit her schedule and hired her daughter as assistant manager so she can get a higher pay check she would work 5 hours of that a week

I love my store and the customers, as for the company, they don't know me, so I'm just a number. Or a cog in a big ship, making the ship turn. Really?! Corporate life.
